Thanks for shopping at Bob Farmer's General Store. Making online purchases is secure and easy. And, you don't have to fill out a registration form to shop here. When you place an order, you can feel assured that your credit card information is protected by our processor at PayPal's secure server. Bob Farmer is an authorized independent partner of the Farmer' Almanac.

Here's how to place an order...

ORDER ONLINE
Our Shopping cart and Order Processing is provided by PayPal.   You'll notice, for every in-stock item, there is a "Add To Cart" button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart doesn't commit you to buying it. After you put something in your cart, you can choose to place the order immediately, or you can continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking on the "View Cart" button.

ORDER BY MAIL

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Personal checks and money orders are accepted made payable in U.S. funds with mail orders only. Sorry, we don't accept cash, or COD's.

SHIPPING AND TAXES
We ship most orders to US addresses within 3 business days from the day we receive them. We offer the following shipping methods:
• GROUND orders ship USPS (7 to 10 business days)
• PRIORITY orders ship by a Priority USPS service (3 to 5 business days)
• CANADIAN orders ship standard postal service (2 to 3 weeks)
• INTERNATIONAL orders ship FedEx (5 to 7 business days)

Residents of Kentucky are required to pay 6% Kentucky Sales Tax

OUR GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days after you have received it for a full refund. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please include the original packing slip with the return and securely wrap the package, preferably in its original carton. Contact us for a correct return address.

We reserve the right to make any adjustments to your invoice because of improperly calculated shipping charges or malfunctioning billing systems. Note: Bob's General Store is owned by Bob Farmer.    Merchandise purchased online at Bob Farmer's General Store is processed and billed by Paypal. Therefore, Paypal will appear on your credit card statement.
